SMS Consent Policy
Polixra provides optional SMS notifications for insurance agencies, agents, and their customers.
1. Purpose of messages
Customers who opt in may receive SMS messages about:
- Payment reminders
- Policy renewal reminders
- Policy updates
- Customer service notifications
- Account notifications
2. How SMS opt-in works
When a customer profile is created or updated, the customer may choose to opt in using a separate checkbox. The checkbox is not pre-selected and SMS consent is collected separately from any other agreement.

3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on account activity. Examples include payment reminders, renewal reminders, service case updates, and account notifications.
4. Opt-out instructions
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Privacy
SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
