SMS Consent Policy

Standalone consent. SMS consent is collected on its own, not bundled with Terms of Service or Privacy Policy acceptance. You are not required to agree to SMS messaging to use Polixra or to receive insurance services. Consent is not required to use the service.

Polixra provides optional SMS notifications for insurance agencies, agents, and their customers.

When a customer profile is created or updated, the customer may choose to opt in using a separate checkbox. The checkbox is not pre-selected and SMS consent is collected separately from any other agreement.
